1. How to order?
Visit PerkuJAV Facebook group and, under an item you like, comment “Noriu” plus your size and the preferred color, or send your order details via email [email protected]. You may also choose from selected offers on our website by adding them to your cart.
If you wish to order an item found individually, you can place an order by filling out an Order Form on PerkuJAV website.
Commenting „Noriu“, sending an email, or filling out an Order Form all qualify as valid orders; hence, by placing them, you confirm that you have read the Purchase Agreement and commit to paying the invoice upon its receipt.

2. When can I pay for my order?
When ordering by any method, the invoice will be generated and sent via email once your items are on their way from the US. The invoice must be paid within 48 hours of receipt of the notification.

4. What fees will be added to the item price?
The following fees will be added to the item price: 15% intermediary fee, Sales Tax, US domestic delivery fee (if applied), shipping fee from the US, and delivery fee. Learn more in our Purchase Agreement.

5. When will I know the final price of an offer?
Since the shipping fee is calculated based on the actual weight of an item, the final order price will be known only after the ordered products have arrived at our US warehouse and been weighed.
6. When will I receive my order?
Once your order is dispatched from the US, it takes around 5–7 business days by air and around 4–6 weeks by sea to arrive.

7. Can I combine different orders into one package?
A new item may be added to an existing order only when commenting “Noriu” in our Facebook group until the order is ready for shipment. If you wish to combine items, please indicate it in your comment.

8. Can I cancel my order?
An order may be cancelled only if the items have not yet been shipped. By cancelling an order, the customer commits to pay the intermediary fee and to cover the costs of returning the item to the store.
9. When are the items ordered?
If a store offers free US domestic delivery, goods are purchased immediately after receiving the order. In other cases, we wait for the cart value to accumulate until the required amount is reached in order to save on the domestic delivery fee.
10. What should I do if my package was damaged or lost in transit?
In such cases, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of order delivery and provide us with a description of the damaged parcel or damaged goods and photos of them as proof. PerkuJAV consultants will objectively evaluate the damage and will get back to you with possible solutions to the problem.
In the case of a lost package, PerkuJAV refunds the full order price.

11. Where can I track my order?
You can track your order by logging into your PerkuJAV account or by entering your order number on the order tracking page.
12. What price should I indicate when filling out the Order Form?
You need to indicate the price at which you would like us to purchase the item. For example, if the item costs $60, but has a 20% discount, when filling out the Order Form, the price of the item should be written as $48.

When filling out the Order Form, you should provide additional information about the item (size, color, model, promo code, etc.) in the comment field next to each item link.
14. What is Sales Tax?
Sales Tax is similar to VAT in Europe. Sales Tax amount depends on the store and the state the order is being delivered to.
